CURT forged ball mounts come with a thick skin. They are coated in a black carbide powder coat finish to provide rust, scratch and UV protection. They are able to tow up to 17,000 lbs. of gross trailer weight. Use a forged ball mount to tow large utility trailers, cattle trailers, RVs and large boat trailers.
